Kurt Rhea

Kurt joined our team in March 2025, bringing over 35 years of experience in high-end residential and structural design. Originally from White Plains, NY, he grew up in Lee County, Florida, fostering a deep appreciation for both local and global landscapes. His passion for travel—especially to National Parks across the U.S.—has shaped his design philosophy, blending nature, structure, and innovation.

Kurt holds both a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from the University of Florida and has spent his career designing luxury homes for prominent athletes and professionals in prestigious Central Florida communities, including Isleworth, Lake Nona, Lake Butler Sound, and Winter Park. His portfolio includes three "Street of Dreams" homes and spans across the U.S. in California, New York, Tennessee, and Arkansas, as well as internationally in St. Lucia, Bolivia, Poland, the Bahamas, Egypt, the UAE, and China.

A lifelong artist, Kurt has been drawing by hand since childhood, a skill that continues to inform his approach to both traditional and modern architecture. Outside of work, he enjoys puzzling, golf, travel, photography, and exploring AI’s role in design.
